The NVIDIA Mellanox MAM1Q00A-QSA-SP is a hot-swappable QSFP+ to SFP+ port adapter (QSA) that fits a QSFP+ port and accepts an SFP-type module, so the port can run a 10 Gbps (or 1 Gbps SFP) link. It is the single-pack ordering version of the QSA adapter; functionally the same as MAM1Q00A-QSA, which replaced it.
