The CX-T-10G-SFP-L-LR is an SFP+ 10GBASE-LR module from NVIDIA's LinkX range for 10 Gbps Ethernet links. It plugs into an SFP+ / SFP28 port on an NVIDIA / Mellanox switch, adapter or DPU and is used for 10GbE server access, storage networks, top-of-rack uplinks and campus / metro links.
