The NVIDIA Mellanox MMA1B00-B150D is a hot-swappable QSFP+ 40GBASE-SR4 optical transceiver for 40 Gbps Ethernet links over multimode fiber, with an MPO-12/UPC interface and reach of up to 150 m OM4. It is the LinkX-generation 40GbE SR4 optic (the MMA1B00 platform also used for 100G SR4), covering up to 150 m on OM4 for 40GbE spine and aggregation links. Breakout: 4 × 10G SR with an MPO-to-4×LC breakout, where the port supports splitting. Typical uses: 40GbE and FDR10 spine, aggregation and HPC cluster links, plus 4 × 10G breakout.
